As an Account Manager, you are the face of Hilti and the foundation of our direct sales model. Your role involves engaging in meaningful interactions with customers and adopting a consultative approach to support them in enhancing productivity, safety, and sustainability.

What Does the Role Involve?
Your days will vary, but typically include:
* Visiting sites and customers, asking open questions to understand their needs, and providing tailored solutions.
* Demonstrating innovative products and state-of-the-art software on-site.
* Developing relationships with 'focus' customers and uncovering new business opportunities.
* Managing your sales area operationally, organizationally, and strategically, utilizing the Salesforce CRM system effectively.

What You Need Is:

A full manual UK driving license is essential for visiting customers on-site five days a week. If you have points on your license, please disclose these along with expiry dates.
