This is an exciting opportunity to manage and grow a portfolio of UK-based customers, including
Booker, Spar, High Street Discounters, Coop
, and more. You will work cross-functionally with
Category, NPD, Technical, Supply Chain, and Finance teams
to deliver strategies that hit ambitious sales and profit targets.
What You'll Be Doing:
* Own and develop key retail accounts, driving profitable growth.
* Lead and execute strategic sales projects with a clear business impact.
* Identify new opportunities and turn them into actionable growth plans.
* Build and maintain strong, sustainable customer partnerships through joint business plans.
* Navigate risks, meet deadlines, and proactively solve unexpected challenges.
* Develop customer contact plans and implement cross-functional KPIs.
What We're Looking For:
* Proven experience managing major UK Wholesale, Convenience, or Discounters accounts.
* Strong commercial awareness with excellent business planning skills.
* Solid understanding of NPD and category management principles.
* Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Team-oriented with a results-driven mindset.
* Bonus:
Experience with own-label products is highly desirable.
