Legal Assistant - Corporate - Bristol Office Are you ready to take the next step in your legal career? Our client, a Legal 500 law firm, are looking for a Legal Assistant to join their Corporate team in Bristol. As a key member of the Corporate team, you'll provide essential administrative support, helping deliver outstanding legal services. You'll assist fee earners, manage documentation, and liaise with clients and third parties to ensure smooth and efficient processes. What You'll Be Doing: Managing an administrative workload under the guidance of fee earners Providing administrative support (file opening, document production, email/post management, and more) Drafting documents and bills using appropriate templates Assisting with legal processes (obtaining documentation, arranging funding, completing relevant forms, etc.) Communicating with clients via telephone, email, letter, and face-to-face interactions Supporting business development and marketing efforts What We're Looking For: Previous experience as a Legal Assistant or in an administrative role Experience within a professional services firm Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and relevant IT platforms Solid written communication skills A client-focused approach with a good understanding of client relationship management This is a hybrid role, with 3 days required in the office.
