Job Summary
:
In this role, you will work with the project team to prepare schedule data for proposals or contract negotiations. You will apply established unit job hour and pricing data, perform schedule integrations, prepare work logic, identify restraints and potential impacts, develop recovery plans, and evaluate subcontractor schedules for improvements. You will be instrumental in ensuring projects stay on track and on time.
This position is designated as part-time telework per our global telework policy and may require at least three days of in-person attendance per week at the assigned office or project. Weekly in-person schedules will be determined by the individual and their supervisor, in consultation with functional or project leadership”
Major Responsibilities:
1. Prepares schedule data for proposals or contract negotiations
2. Establishes and maintains the schedule for a specific discipline area or specialty
3. Performs schedule development duties to include establishing the work breakdown structure (WBS), determining the work activity duration, establishing the proper workflow logic ties, and developing the required job expenditure
4. Performs schedule monitoring, including identifying critical activities and updating functions for specific applications, disciplines, or specialties
5. Develops critical path schedule reports and schedule performance metrics
6. Determines critical-path activities for assigned discipline or specialty work activities supporting interdisciplinary requirements
7. Identifies and reports activities that have a critical or potential impact on the schedule
8. Monitors and validates subcontractor schedules
9. Evaluates subcontractor schedules for required workarounds or potential schedule improvements
Education and Experience Requirements:
Requires bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and relevant experience.
