Responsibilities
You will bring a genuine enthusiasm for rehabilitation and a clear commitment to enhancing peoples quality of life. You will work across multiple pathways and contribute to our 7‑day service, ensuring high‑quality care is always available.
* Support patients to achieve their rehabilitation goals by providing treatment programmes.
* Complete stroke / neurology specific therapeutic interventions under the direction of Occupational Therapists and Physiotherapists.
* Act as a key worker for patients on caseload providing feedback to clinicians.

Requirements
* Strong communication skills.
