Ceetech Ltd

Part of the RSK Group, Ceetech Ltd is seeking a Business & Project Administrator to join our team based in Ipswich, UK. This is an office-based role, working 40 hours per week.


Responsibilities

This hybrid role involves providing general administrative support to the business and project support to our Maintenance department. Responsibilities include:

1. Handling incoming calls
2. Meeting and greeting visitors
3. Assisting in maintaining staff training and health and safety records
4. Maintaining personnel files, including managing annual leave and sickness records
5. Supporting the administration of the Apprenticeship scheme
6. Arranging services for equipment and vehicles
7. Performing other administrative tasks as requested by management
8. Providing routine project support, including setup, raising purchase orders, and hiring plant and equipment
9. Acting as a point of contact for engineers in the field
10. Coordinating engineer visits with clients and tenants
11. Assisting project teams with reports and correspondence
12. Maintaining project files and managing filing and archiving


Qualifications and Experience

* Good communication skills
* Proficiency in IT packages such as Excel, Word, and Outlook
* Strong administrative and organizational skills
* Willingness to learn
* Ability to prioritize workload effectively
* Experience in project support or administration
* Ability to work well within a team and independently deliver administrative and project tasks


Salary and Benefits

* Salary: £25,500+ (depending on experience)
