Salary & Benefits: £36,000 - £44,500 per annum | 30-35 days’ holiday (pro rata) | 10% in-store discount | Pension scheme

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead by example and manage the store in the absence of the Store Manager
* Inspire and develop the team using our Leadership & Company Principles
* Manage deliveries, cash processes, and monitor KPIs
* Provide excellent customer service and handle queries
* Ensure compliance with Health and Safety laws and standards
Requirements:
* Experience leading and developing teams in fast-paced environments
* Strong communication skills
* Effective time management, delegation, and problem-solving skills
* Confidence to support the team during shifts
* Commitment to excellent customer service
* Ability to monitor and improve KPIs
