Responsibilities
* Complete all required documentation accurately and promptly to meet deadlines
* Adhere to procedures outlined in the Quality Management System (QMS) and follow decisions made during Management Reviews
* Support the execution of the internal audit schedule
* Collaborate with the production team to establish and maintain quality standards
* Monitor and analyse quality performance metrics for continuous improvement
* Collect, analyse, and interpret data to identify process and system improvements
* Document, track, and report on quality actions and outcomes
* Coordinate and manage corrective actions effectively
* Identify opportunities for process and system improvements
* Ensure all products and services meet or exceed quality standards
* Respond promptly to corrective and preventive actions to resolve issues efficiently
Requirements
* Proven experience in roles such as Quality Coordinator, Quality Assurance, or similar, with a solid understanding of chemical processes
* Deep knowledge of quality control methodologies and best practices
* Hands-on experience with product testing and quality control systems
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, including techniques like 5 Whys, 8D, Ishikawa, and CAPA
* A collaborative approach, eager to work with team members to enhance processes and quality
* High attention to detail and standards of housekeeping
* Proficiency in documentation practices
* Knowledge of sampling methods and product testing
* Familiarity with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management systems
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in teams
* Skilled in data analysis and performance evaluation
* Capable of researching, investigating, and managing information efficiently
