Responsibilities
* Overseeing installations and maintenance
* Troubleshooting
* Continuous improvements to process, systems etc
* Preparing risk assessment and method statements
* Monitoring progress of projects
* Prepare technical and contract documentations
* Preparing reports including capital costs estimates, project schedules and tender schedules
* Project experience in construction of critical environment
Qualifications
* Candidates must have experience in air and water balancing
* Degree or trade qualified in mechanical or HVAC discipline
* Understanding of the CIBSE & BSRIA guides
* 5 + years Previous experience in engineering position
