Otis is growing and is looking for a repairs engineer for one of our entities located in Essex/Hertfordshire. Your priority is to ensure the safety of passengers and technical stakeholders by safely maintaining a portfolio of elevator and escalator units. On a typical day you will: * Be responsible for carrying out repairs on a wide range of lifts across our portfolio. * Work within your defined geographical area / territory, managing the portfolio of elevators within it. * Oversee and competently carry out any repair work, aiming to achieve first time fix including. * Technical diagnostics and support for other engineers with minor repairs. * Work efficiently and in a safe manner in accordance with all Health and Safety guidelines. * Liaise directly with the customer while on site to build a good working relationship What you will need to be successful * Qualified to or above NVQ 3 (or equivalent) in lift engineering. * Hold a full UK drivers license * You have at least 48 months of experience in the elevator sector. * You have good skills in electricity and electrical engineering. * You are a committed professional, with safety as your pr...
