Compensation: $85K based on experience
What You’ll Be Doing
* Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications and integrations using Guidewire
* Translate business and technical requirements into effective solutions
* Partner with colleagues across development, QA, and business teams to deliver results
* Monitor production systems and quickly resolve technical issues
* Troubleshoot cross-platform problems and recommend long-term fixes
* Contribute to improving processes and technology frameworks
What You’ll Need to be Considered
* Hands-on experience developing with Guidewire (Guidewire certification a plus)
* Strong technical skills in Java, GOSU, XML, SQL Server, and modern code repositories (e.g., GitHub, BitBucket)
* Insurance industry application knowledge strongly preferred
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field required
* At least 4-7 years of development experience
