Join a specialist Health & Safety team as part of a major global real estate business working as a Principal Design Advisor and CDM Advisor on a range of complex buildings and rail projects in London. This is a hybrid role, working 1-2 days a week in the Manchester office, the rest of the time working from home.

Within the team there are a few ex-forces professionals who have moved into safety roles and developed over time. Due to expansion plans in the team our client is looking for a Senior Health & Safety Consultant with CDM experience to join the team. This is a consultancy role, but one where work life balance is valued, you will be working on a small volume of projects for a great business that puts team culture first. Experience working as a CDM Consultant is essential in this role, and possessing a NEBOSH Construction along with any design or construction experience/qualifications would be beneficial.
