We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated HR Graduate/Apprentice to join our Human Resources team. This role is designed to provide hands‑on experience across all key HR disciplines while supporting the delivery of people‑focused initiatives that help drive organisational success.
This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or apprentice looking to start a career in people practice and develop into a well‑rounded people professional, working across multiple sites. The postholder will be instrumental in achieving the Company's mission statement in accordance with the Company's values.
What you'll be doing
· Providing day‑to‑day HR administrative support and maintain accurate employee records.
· Supporting onboarding processes, including contracts, inductions, and new‑starter documentation.
· Handling employee queries professionally and assist with routine HR processes.
· Supporting HR Advisors/Business Partners with ER cases such as probation, sickness, and performance.
· Preparing notes and documents for HR meetings where required.
· Contributing to HR projects, process improvements, wellbeing, and D&I initiatives.
· Assisting with HR data reporting and analysis to support informed decision‑making.
· Ensuring compliance with HR policies, GDPR, and legislative requirements.
· Producing accurate HR documentation and maintain data quality for reporting/audits.
What We're Looking For
· The ability to communicate clearly and respectfully while building positive working relationships.
· Demonstratable attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
· Experience of handling confidential information with integrity, discretion, and professionalism.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
· Eager to learn and develop within a fast‑paced HR environment.
· Hold a full UK driving licence.
· CIPD‑qualified or willing to work towards accreditation
· Previous HR or office‑based experience is beneficial
· Familiarity with HR systems or HRIS platforms is advantageous.
