JOB TITLE : Part Time Admin/ Finance Assistant
SALARY: £25,000 - £30,000pa - pro-rated to part time hours
HOURS: 20 - 25hrs per week – open to some flexibility
Location: Farnham office based – with possible hybrid working
We are seeking an Admin/ Finance Assistant to join our growing studio team of multi-talented designers. With strong organisational and administrative skills, you will be comfortable working with in-house business systems and maintaining processes.
Your primary focus will be to support our Business Manager with the general administrative and finance duties involved in running our busy studio and to support the smooth day-to-day running of our operations. In addition, you will support our Account Management team with project and cost trackers.

The right candidate will be proactive, task-driven and able to add value to a rapidly growing group. You will work alongside a progressive, versatile, and meticulous team within a highly creative studio.
You’ll be doing the following:
● Reviewing and logging supplier invoices.
● Sending client invoices.
● Updating and maintaining spreadsheets and databases
● PO management.
● Collating staff timesheets and applying to budget trackers.
● Managing the monthly credit card statements.
● Controlling day to day office stock and liaising with suppliers.
● Updating client trackers and supplier costs for production jobs.
● Other administrative duties to support the studio’s operations.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- You must have excellent organisational skills, time-management and a methodical approach to tasks.
- Previous experience in an administrative and finance support role
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal and an understanding of basic finance principles.
- A quick learner and comfortable learning new technology.
- Familiarity with cloud-based tools such as Google Suite and customer portals an advantage
- Xero (or similar accounting software) would be useful but not essential
Solid experience and knowledge of the following systems is required:
Microsoft Office Suite, particularly excel and outlook.
On-site training/mentoring will be provided, and there are opportunities for personal growth and learning.
