Senior Recruitment Consultant – Manchester, M1 4ET (Hybrid)

As a Senior Consultant you’ll work in a 360 capacity – sourcing candidates to winning new clients – in a high‑performing, high‑reward culture.
Compensation
Up to £40,000 base + monthly commission + quarterly bonuses.
Responsibilities
* Win and grow client accounts, building repeat business across key verticals
* Source, assess and place top‑tier technology talent via proactive search methods
* Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job brief to offer negotiation
* Attend and host industry events to build presence and network
* Work cross‑functionally with consultants across NearTech and wider 11 Investments brands, using every opportunity to cross‑sell into existing 11 Investments clients
Qualifications
* 2-4 years experience recruiting for technology roles and/or into Tech/SaaS clients
* Proven delivery experience, candidate and client account management
* A positive, team‑first mindset and willingness to keep learning
