We are seeking a Food Technology Teacher to join a fantastic secondary school in Lincolnshire for a short-term contract from April 2025 to July 2025. This is a great opportunity to work with a dedicated team of educators in a supportive and inspiring environment.
Responsibilities:
* Deliver engaging Food Technology lessons to secondary students.
* Plan, prepare, and assess lessons to ensure student progress.
* Implement health and safety regulations in a practical teaching environment.
* Encourage creativity and practical skills in food preparation and nutrition.
* Provide support and guidance to students, ensuring a positive learning experience.
Requirements:
* QTS is desirable but not essential – experienced instructors are encouraged to apply.
* Experience in teaching Food Technology at the secondary level.
* Strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage students effectively.
* Understanding of health and safety requirements in a food tech setting.
