Area Operations Manager - Operator
Location: Crawley, Bristol, or Wolverhampton (Remote with some travel)

Key Responsibilities
* Lead operations across six production sites as part of the senior leadership team
* Ensure safe, compliant, and efficient operations in line with UK legislation and recognised management systems (COMAH, COSHH, PSSR, ISO)
* Champion a strong safety culture focused on zero incidents
* Oversee maintenance strategies to ensure plant reliability, quality, and output targets
* Drive continuous improvement, operational excellence, and cost control
* Lead change initiatives across safety, service, quality, and growth
* Manage budgets, performance, and a significant CAPEX programme
About You
* Degree or HNC/HND in Engineering or a related discipline
* Strong background in industrial, gas, or chemical production environments
* Proven multi-site operations leadership experience
* Deep understanding of regulatory compliance and process safety
* Confident people leader, comfortable in unionised environments
* Commercially astute with experience delivering CAPEX and productivity improvements
