Production Administrator Our client is seeking a proactive and detail-driven Production Administrator to support the smooth running of their busy production environment in Bury. This role is key to maintaining accurate records, coordinating attendance, and ensuring essential operational information is kept up to date. You will be responsible for managing digital systems, supporting compliance processes, and ensuring production documents and materials are well organised. Hours & Salary * Hours: Monday - Friday (DAYS) * Salary: £12.21 per hour Benefits * Employee discount scheme * Employee health cover * Profit share bonus * 22 days holiday bank holidays * Birthday leave & birthday voucher * Christmas closure * Company pension scheme * Death in service benefit * Cycle to Work scheme * Free onsite parking Key Responsibilities Time & Attendance * Manage the TMS Portal, ensuring all holiday, absence, and attendance data is kept accurate and up to date. * Prepare and distribute the daily attendance report, highlighting any absences or deviations. * Maintain accurate employee records within the My Bibby 365 platform. * Review, update, and amend time records in Clockify to support payroll and performance monitoring. * Update the live production plan with approved staff holidays to assist with scheduling. Production & Compliance Administration * Create, issue, and digitally archive production job sheets. * Distribute pre-user safety and operational sheets, then scan and store them for compliance. * Conduct monthly checks of all fire extinguishers and first aid kits, ensuring legal and company standards are met. Materials & Systems Support * Accurately book out materials and components using SAGE in line with production needs. * Prepare and upload weekly content and updates to Opti Sign digital display screens. Communication & Coordination * Refresh notice boards weekly with the latest policies, safety information, and staff updates. * Organise meetings and group sessions, including room bookings, communications, and preparation of materials. This is a varied role, and additional tasks may be assigned to support operational requirements. Desirable Experience * Experience in a hire repair or reactive repair environment. * Background in the site welfare sector
