We are currently seeking a Mechanical Engineering professional with a genuine desire to move into a Trainer role.
This is a Trainee position with no training experience needed; all training and qualifications will be provided by the employer.
This role is based at a training centre in Rochester, with working from home 1-2 days per week.

The Mechanical Instructor role will require you to be involved in teaching, coaching and mentoring young learners undertaking L3 & L4 Mechanical Engineering qualifications. You will be a time served Mechanical Engineer with maintenance or design experience.
THE ROLE OF MECHANICAL ENGINEERING TUTOR
To deliver and coordinate the successful completion of all aspects of qualifications delivered at a high-tech training facility. Training learners in the centre towards agreed qualifications in line with relevant awarding body standards.
We are looking for applicants that are self-motivated, a team player and have a 'hands on approach' to work within this rewarding environment.
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE: MECHANICAL ENGINEERING TUTOR
Minimum 5 years' relevant occupational experience within Mechanical Engineering
Level 4 Engineering related qualification
Good communication and presentation skills
This position is subject to Enhanced DBS clearance
