Family Solicitor — Position Overview: You will manage a caseload of private family matters with a focus on children and financial issues, providing clear, practical and sensitive advice to clients.
Key Responsibilities of the Family Solicitor:
• Managing a caseload of private family law matters • Advising on private children matters • Handling financial remedy matters • Delivering excellent client care and maintaining strong client relationships • Managing cases efficiently from instruction through to resolution • Working collaboratively within the wider team
Requirements of the Family Solicitor:
• Qualified Solicitor with 3+ years’ PQE • Strong experience in private children and financial matters • Excellent academic background and strong career history • Ability to manage a caseload independently • Strong communication and client care skills • Able to commute easily to North London
