The Role We are seeking a highly organised, initiative-taking Business Assistant to work closely with the Estate Director. Acting as their “right-hand person,” you will provide high-level administrative, project management, and strategic support across a diverse and fast-paced estate environment. This is a varied and collaborative role that bridges day-to-day operations with long-term strategic priorities. You will play a key role in ensuring projects progress smoothly, communications are effective, and priorities align with the wider Devonshire Group strategy. Key Responsibilities Strategic Support.
