Employee Relations Advisor · 39 hours per week (flexibility on start and finish times) · Fixed Term Contract – 12 months · Based near to Warwick · Hybrid working 3 days a week on site, 2 days working from home Medlock Partners are partnering with a fast-paced manufacturing business, looking for a proactive and people-focused Employee Relations Advisor to join a dynamic HR team. This is a hands-on role offering exposure to a broad range of employee relations activity, supporting managers and employees across the full employee lifecycle.
