Maintain accurate financial records, including invoices, receipts, and bank statements
Process accounts payable and receivable transactions.
Monthly balance sheet control
Monthly management accounts
Manage client payrolls and CIS returns accurately and on time
Quarterly VAT Returns
Assistance in the production of payslips (paper and e-payslips) for secure issue
Reconcile bank accounts and monitor cash flow.
Key Requirements:
Confident using Xero accounting software but not necessary
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance in the UK.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work both collaboratively and independently.
