The role is focused on uncovering new value creation opportunities, optimising operations, and improving customer success through the strategic implementation of technology and AI.
Key Responsibilities:
* Growth Achievement: Focus on achieving double-digit YOY growth by identifying new opportunities for value creation.
* SME customer engagement.
* Operational Excellence: Streamline systems and processes to improve customer satisfaction and overall profitability.
* Tech and AI Implementation: Leverage technology and AI to enhance performance and drive business results.
* Digital Transformation Leadership: Spearhead the digital transformation of internal systems and product offerings to stay competitive in the market.
* Brand Representation: Act as a key ambassador for the Food Alert brand, nurturing and growing strong customer relationships.
* Strategic Execution: Collaborate closely with senior leadership to execute and monitor strategic initiatives.
* Team Leadership: Inspire and guide a high-performing team toward achieving business goals.
