A well-established telecommunications company based in Berkshire is seeking a Head of Legal – Property and Estates. The ideal candidate will be a qualified solicitor in England and Wales, with 10–15 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) and a strong background in commercial property law, gained through private practice and/or in-house roles.
We are looking for an experienced legal professional with a proven track record of managing legal functions within fast-paced, technology-driven environments. The successful candidate will have experience handling high-volume transactional matters and leading teams of lawyers.
This is a senior leadership role, requiring someone who can oversee a complex legal function, drive strategic initiatives, and lead through change with confidence and clarity.
The role will be responsible for establishing a strong property legal function, developing and defining the legal strategy for the property legal area, and developing the estates and acquisition strategy for the business from a legal perspective to ensure the estate is managed and controlled to support the companys strategic growth.
