Our client is an innovative and forward-thinking law firm who are looking for an Inclusion & Wellbeing Manager to join their growing team in their Manchester, Birmingham or Leeds office, on a permanent basis.
The main responsibilities for the role will be to support the Head of Service, strategy groups and other key stakeholders in the continuous development and implementation of the firm's inclusion and wellbeing strategies.
KEY DUTIES INCLUDE:
1. Working closely with the Head of Service in delivering inclusion and wellbeing strategies while also identifying and addressing any gaps.
2. Acting as the inclusion and wellbeing advisor to initiatives from a race, ethnicity and gender balance perspective while working alongside the HR team on impact reporting.
3. Supporting the firm in fulfilling and implementing its wellbeing plans and charters.
4. Providing advice and support to the HR team on the development and implementation of diversity data.
5. Assisting the wider CSR team and internal communication teams in programmes and events like Inclusion Month, writing and/or reviewing award submissions and in formulation and management of budgets.
6. Assisting in the statistical analysis and reporting of key data relating to inclusion and wellbeing activities.
The Inclusion & Wellbeing Manager will ideally have inclusion and wellbeing related qualification/accreditation. It is desirable to have experience in a similar lead advisory role for 2+ years, along with experience in a global environment. The right candidate will have excellent influencing skills and will be able to manage clients and other external stakeholder relationships. It is essential to possess strong communication skills as the role requires designing and delivering presentations and training. The Inclusion and Wellbeing Manager will also have some experience of successfully setting and managing budgets. While also demonstrating a track record for innovation and delivery of market-leading inclusion and/or wellbeing initiatives. It is also essential to have strong attention to detail, be adaptable, approachable, resilient, and demonstrates self-awareness.
