8 hour contract
Become a Retail Sales Assistant on the shop floor — a true brand ambassador. You create moments that make our customers smile, helping them discover products they’ll love and find the perfect gifts. You’ll keep the store well-stocked, tidy, safe, and welcoming, and work with your team to ensure everything runs smoothly and everyone feels supported and included.
In this role, every interaction, conversation, and thoughtful recommendation brings our brand purpose, values and behaviours to life.
Responsibilities
* Deliver friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient service to every customer.
* Maintain store standards, including merchandising, cleanliness, and stock replenishment.
* Operate tills accurately and handle transactions with care.
* Support with deliveries, stockroom organisation, and product availability.
* Follow all operational procedures, including health & safety and loss prevention.
* As a Keyholder (if applicable): open and close the store, support cash handling and store security.
* Work collaboratively with your team to meet store targets and KPIs.
* Stay informed about promotions, products, and services to help customers make informed choices.
* Be a brand ambassador — positive, professional, and passionate about what we do.
* Note: the role can be physically demanding, including stairs and heavy stock; the team will support you.
Keyholder Responsibilities
If you’re over 18, with training and support, you’ll join us as a keyholder, taking on extra responsibility and building valuable experience. When assigned keys, you’ll be responsible for opening and closing the store, cashing up, and carrying out management responsibilities. You’ll receive an enhanced rate of pay for these responsibilities and gain exposure to store leadership opportunities.

* A passion for delivering great customer service.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Team player with a positive, can-do attitude.
* Reliable, punctual, and flexible to work varied shifts.
* Comfortable using tills and handling cash.
* Experience in customer service or hospitality.
* Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
* For Keyholders: experience with store opening/closing and basic supervisory responsibilities.
