Role Definition
As a Technology Project Team Leader in the Emissions and Product Regulatory Compliance department, you will support the development, deployment, and maintenance of Caterpillar’s bespoke software systems used for certification, compliance, and related workflows. You will leverage your project leadership expertise to ensure timely and budget-conscious delivery from concept to implementation. You will manage projects involving multiple organizations, products, and jurisdictions to meet current and future regulatory requirements and support efficient business processes.
Responsibilities
* Lead cross-functional teams to deliver software tools that improve certification, compliance, and related workflows.
* Define project scope, requirements, and use cases for successful development and user acceptance testing.
* Coordinate resources across departments, engineering, manufacturing, IT, and other areas.
* Oversee project progress and costs; communicate with stakeholders; resolve issues; ensure projects are completed on time and within budget; ensure usability and business value realization.
* Provide technical support and consulting across the organization.

* Experience with change management and leading teams through process and tool implementations.
