Senior Business Analyst – Change and Transformation (Integrations)
Salary: £70,000 per annum | Location: Whiteley (Hybrid: 2 Days Onsite / 3 Days WFH, occasional UK travel) | Duration: 12-Month FTC
Our UK-leading B2B telecommunications client is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support integration projects following recent acquisitions.
The Business Analyst will be responsible for mapping current processes, defining future-state operations, and ensuring smooth integration across teams and systems.
Key Responsibilities:
* Analyse current-state business processes and identify gaps.
* Document workflows, dependencies, and stakeholder touchpoints.
* Define future-state (“To-Be”) processes with cross-functional teams.
* Support integration roadmaps, transition plans, and delivery milestones.
* Facilitate workshops and translate business needs into actionable requirements.
* Track progress, risks, and dependencies across workstreams.
Qualifications:
* Experience as a Business Analyst on complex integration programmes.
* Project management skills and ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.
* Expertise in process mapping, requirements gathering, and stakeholder management.
* Knowledge of systems integration, data flows, and enterprise architecture.
* Strong communication, facilitation, and documentation skills.
