The Role: Working with individuals, small groups, and whole-class activities.
Assisting the class teacher with lesson preparation and delivery.

Providing extra support to pupils with specific learning needs.
Encouraging pupil progress, confidence, and independence.
The Ideal Candidate: Previous experience working with primary-aged children A passion for supporting childrens learning and development.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Patience, empathy, and flexibility.
Relevant qualifications (Level 2/3 TA qualification desirable but not essential).
