Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to provide maternity cover within our team for a fixed-term period of 9 months with a possibility for a permanent position. The role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks to support the smooth running of our business operations.
Responsibilities
* Manage daily administrative tasks to support operations
* Handle communication via emails professionally
* Perform data entry accurately and efficiently
* Utilise different systems for various tasks
* Support the team with clerical duties as required
* Completing various different ADHOC tasks that may need to be done at any specific time
* Working hours can be discussed upon interview stage but applicant must be available Monday to Friday
Qualifications
* Proven office experience with strong administrative skills
* Proficient computer skills
* Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail
* Data entry experience
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
