experienced Wireperson
to join their team, on a permanent basis. This is a hands-on role within electrical control panel assembly, offering the opportunity to work on complex, highly regulated projects across energy, water, renewables, and manufacturing. You will be part of a wider assembly and test team, contributing directly to the delivery of critical projects. Key Wireperson Responsibilities: Assemble and wire electrical components of varying size and complexity using drawings, parts lists, and specifications. Complete mechanical assembly of cubicles and framework, and bench assembly of electrical sub-assemblies. Ensure traceability and component identification through accurate completion of assembly record cards. Maintain quality standards and rework identified during inspection and test. Update electronic issues log and liaise with design engineers to resolve problems. Lead a production bay when required, ensuring team adherence to standards. Flexibility to support project deadlines and process improvements. Key Wireperson Requirements: Minimum 3 years' industry experience in electrical control panel wiring. Ability to read and interpret electrical schematic drawings. Strong time management and ability to work independently or as part of a team. Positive, proactive, can-do attitude.
