We're seeking a Membership Sales Consultant with some experience (+1 Year) to join our vibrant Paddington club—perfect for someone who loves interacting with people and is ready to bring their exceptional customer service skills to this rewarding role.
Who We're Looking For:
This role will best suit candidates who can clearly demonstrate outstanding people skills, excellent communication abilities, and a genuine enjoyment of interacting with others, built through relevant work experience. Successful candidates often come from roles in service-based industries (such as beauty/hairdressing, retail and hospitality) where building relationships and delivering exceptional customer experiences are key - experience in the fitness industry is not required. If this sounds like you but you feel your sales skills could use some brushing up, we'll provide the support, development and training you'll need to confidently succeed.

Role Responsibilities:
Drive membership sales and reach sales targets.
Support new members smoothly through our welcoming onboarding process.
Work collaboratively with your team members to enhance member experiences and support day to day operations.
Contribute positively to the overall club culture, ensuring it remains welcoming, supportive, and engaging.
Engage with prospective and existing members through genuine conversations.
Drive membership sales and reach sales targets.
