We are looking for an experienced Proposals Administrator to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. This role can be based at any of our offices throughout the UK (Glasgow, Livingston, Almondvale, Leeds, Warrington, Whitstable, Huntingdon, Bristol, London), however also offers a flexible Hybrid working model.
Reporting to the Proposals Manager, you will be responsible for supporting with the production of high quality business proposal documentation.
Responsibilities
* Work closely with the Proposals Coordinators to assist them in the completion of their relevant business proposal requirements including, Pre-Qualification Questionnaires & Quality submissions to accompany tender documents.
* Input/Cleanse data onto the company's CRM database.
* Manage and update the Bid Library
* Manage all Group Accreditations (such as CHAS, Safecontractor etc)
* Collate and prepare Client brochures
* Collate project information and photographs for Case Studies
* Manage and collate Proposals Teams statistics for board reporting purposes
* Day to Day Portal Management for all bid and tender sites
Qualifications
* Sound knowledge of the construction industry, with a good understanding of PQQ and tender processes.
* Confident using IT systems and Microsoft Office, with strong written skills to support high-quality bid and presentation material.
* Experience using Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop; website skills are advantageous.
* Well organised with the ability to plan and prioritise effectively; eager to learn and develop.
* An outgoing approach with a strong team ethos and experience working within bid teams.
