Hours: Fixed term contract from 8th October until 31st December 2025. Full and part time positions available.

Here at Chessington World of Adventures, our 2025 season is in full swing and we are recruiting for a Winter's Tail Operations Team Leader.
In this role, you will lead the Chessington Winter's Tail event operation, inspiring and leading a team to ensure the delivery of the highest standards of safety, exceptional customer service and interaction with guests, and maximise event capacity and throughputs.
You will own the event operational project set up, including, but not limited to:
* Creating/reviewing training documentation & associated content
* Creating/delivering team training plans
* Staffing contingencies/break plans
* Setting up queue lines.
* Collaborating with the Resort Entertainments team to agree operational surge/attraction utilisation plans
* Attraction logistics

Qualifications & Experience
Successful candidates must have strong communication, time management skills and have experience in people managing. Must have strong operational experience.
It is desirable for successful candidates to have duty manager experience, an awareness of theme park daily operation and entertainments-led event operation related experience.

Pay Range
GBP £13.11/Hr.
