Make a real difference to people’s homes – and their lives An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Asset Strategy and Delivery Team as an Access Coordinator. If you enjoy working with people, solving problems, and helping make homes safer, warmer and better places to live, this could be the perfect role for you. This is a key role at the heart of our investment and improvement programmes. You’ll help ensure we gain timely access to homes so that essential Stock Condition Surveys can be completed, enabling us to plan and deliver vital improvements for our residents. About the role As an Access Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for coordinating access to our homes, working closely with residents, colleagues and contractors to make sure surveys happen smoothly and respectfully. This is a varied role that combines office‑based coordination with visits to properties, giving you the chance to build positive relationships and see the real impact of your work on the ground. You will: Arrange and coordinate access to homes for stock condition surveys Communicate clearly and professionally with residents to secure access Accurately record access and property information Work collaboratively across the Asset Strategy and Delivery team Follow procedures carefully to ensure data accuracy and resident safety Your work will directly support our ability to invest wisely and improve homes across the city.
