Purpose
You will be responsible for winning new business and achieving annual recurring revenue targets by selling our software and professional services to prospects in the construction and built‑environment sector across the UK.
Responsibilities
* Achieve ARR targets through closing sales of software and supporting services.
* Develop and manage GTM and quota plans to maximise sales success.
* Identify, build and maintain relationships with key decision makers.
* Understand and influence customer decision‑making, guiding them to positive outcomes.
* Ensure terms of business enable rapid recognition of recurring revenue.
* Collaborate with Marketing and SDR teams to generate new prospect leads.
* Host meetings with potential customers, demonstrating value with the Pre‑Sales team.
* Tailor proposals for RFIs, RFPs and tenders, articulating the value of our solutions.
* Maintain deep market knowledge, competitor insights and industry developments.
* Apply MEDDPICC, MAPs and digital sales enablement tools for opportunity qualification.
* Keep the CRM updated with all sales interactions and provide accurate forecasts.
* Share strategies and resources to maximise revenue growth.
* Represent the company at industry events and act as a thought leader on social channels.
* Achieve sales excellence KPIs, including face‑to‑face focus, CRM best practices and pipeline health.
* Continuously improve through feedback loops with customers and internal teams.
* Collaborate across business units on the CausewayOne platform strategy.
* Assist customers in creating business cases and ROI calculations.
Operational Management
* Coordinate daily activities to align with operational priorities.
* Manage task distribution and workload for consistent delivery.
* Monitor KPIs and operational metrics to identify trends.
* Resolve blockers and manage dependencies to ensure smooth day‑to‑day functioning.
* Collaborate with the Sales Manager to align team activities with business goals.
* Drive continuous improvement by identifying process bottlenecks.
Essential Skills
* Proven track record of closing new logo and cross‑sell sales in a quarterly‑driven environment.
* Experience closing sales with multiple decision makers and senior stakeholders.
* Ability to navigate complex buying processes and contractual negotiations.
* Competitive thinking to out‑think suppliers.
* Understanding of customer objectives and aligning solutions.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Experience responding to RFIs, RFPs, tenders, and other written requests.
* Self‑directed, proactive, and time‑management skills to hit personal targets.
* Ability to work collaboratively as a team player.
Desirable Skills
* Relevant experience in the built environment or digital transformation.
* Degree level or equivalent education.
