Are you well-connected across the Off Trade, Impulse and Convenience channels?


Do you know how to build and scale RTD brands in competitive, fast-moving categories?


Keen to help shape the commercial future of one of the UK’s most exciting new beverage brands?


MacGregor Black are supporting a fast-growing functional beverage brand in their search for a Senior National Account Manager to lead their RTD channel growth. Located in London this role can be structured as either a full-time position for someone looking to step up, or a fractional contract for a commercially proven sales leader with strong market access and immediate impact potential.


The brand is gaining serious momentum in the lifestyle drinks space, with a product that blends functionality, design, and broad consumer appeal. Backed by investment and cultural credibility, they’re ready to make a major push in the RTD space — and need someone who knows how to unlock the right doors.


Key Requirements


* Lead sales strategy and execution for RTD products across Off Trade, Impulse, and emerging channels
* Win listings with major retail, wholesale, and convenience customers
* Open opportunities in fast-paced sectors like forecourts, stadiums, travel retail and high-footfall outlets
* Shape pricing, promotional planning and go-to-market strategy
* Work closely with founders and the wider team to align commercial and brand activity
* Build a solid reporting and forecasting structure to support scaling


What are we looking for?


* Strong commercial background in RTD, beverage or relevant FMCG categories
* Deep understanding of UK Off Trade, Impulse, and/or Convenience channels
* Well-connected within the trade, with a track record of opening and growing key accounts
* Strategic thinker with a hands-on, start-up mentality
* Based in the London, with the ability to travel for key customer meetings
* Open to both full-time or fractional (2–3 days/week) depending on experience


Salary & Benefits


* Base salary £60k - £70k depending on experience.
* Full-time permanent role with clear growth opportunity, or Fractional role for experienced professionals well connected within the industry.
* Based in Central London office
* Additional benefits including Bonus & Pension contributions
