Responsibilities:
* Provide first line support for incoming customer enquiries
* Ensuring efficient processing of booking Goods in for Service Jobs and New Sales order parts and service parts
* To work alongside the Service and Stock admin team with a view to providing full cover for Service Admin and Stock Admin
* Processing orders for Stock required from service and sales teams
* Manage the processing and completion of Orders and also Credits and company credits for Service work and return to vendor equipment
* Support the logistics functions of incoming and outgoing goods where required
* Supporting the maintenance of customer data for the organization. This includes creating and changing of customers in CRM/SAP.
* To be responsible for specific monitoring transactions for the sales and service admin team with a view to resolution of errors to meet month end deadlines.
* Handling incoming telephone calls from customers, raising support tickets where required and query resolution regarding delivery dates for orders.

* Excellent organisational and time-management skills
* Strong written and oral communication skills
* Problem-solving, can-do attitude with an eye for detail
* Self-motivated and able to work under own initiative as well as part of a team
* Good computer literacy. Competent in use of ERP, CRM and Office software tools
* Ability to work with some manual handling required
* Fluent in English, both spoken and written
