We have an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Store Manager to join our team at our brand-new Peacocks store opening in Airdrie, Scotland. Located in this busy and well-connected town, the store will be part of a popular shopping destination with a strong and loyal local customer base. As a new addition to the area, this role offers a fast-paced and rewarding environment with the opportunity to shape the store from the very beginning and drive its success. It’s a fantastic time to join the Peacocks team, and we’re looking for a motivated leader ready to make a strong impact in Airdrie.

Key Responsibilities:
* Support the Store Manager: Assist in the day-to-day running of the store ensuring costs are contained within targets.
* Drive Sales: Help maximise store profitability by promoting sales and identifying opportunities for growth.
* Customer Service: Ensure high levels of customer service are maintained at all times.
* Team Development: Manage, coach and motivate the team to achieve targets and lead by example.
* Deputise for the Manager: Step in when required to ensure smooth store operations.
