As a Pre-Sales Solution Lead, you will work alongside Solution Sales Specialists to help customers select technologies, access Computacenter Professional Services, and build trusted advisor relationships with some of the world's largest customers.
What you'll do
1. Work independently and with Solution Sales Specialists and Account Managers to identify, qualify, and progress complex transformation opportunities in Modern Management, Workplace Security, Cloud Desktop, Frontline Workers, among others.
2. Help position technologies from industry-leading partners alongside Computacenter's core catalogue of Professional Services and Portfolio of Services for Workplace.
3. Attend customer opportunity/strategy meetings to understand and articulate business and technical strategies.
4. Build lasting relationships with key stakeholders, becoming a trusted technical advisor.
5. Become an internal expert on core Workplace propositions and advocate for these within the sales community.
6. Support the growth of the Workplace Solution Area and achieve sales targets.
7. Represent the voice of the customer in internal forums to develop our Portfolio of Service offerings and support the Solution Area Director.
8. Represent Computacenter at partner forums, attend relevant events, and serve as a technical escalation point, sharing knowledge across the business.
Secondary Responsibilities and Opportunities
1. Influence the development of propositions and strategy within the Workplace Solution Area, collaborating with Group Development and the Office of the CTO.
2. Engage with a broad virtual team across the company to help customers access and procure technology solutions and services.
3. Provide market insights to Solution Sales Specialists for customer opportunities involving new and core solutions.
Candidate Profile
* Seeking a Presales Solution Lead position within Workplace, with expertise in Workplace technologies.
* Proven experience in helping enterprise customers address challenges with leading technologies and services.
* Technical thought leader with commercial acumen.
* Experience in owning customer relationships from a technology perspective.
* Experience in selling innovative Workplace solutions, identifying commercial opportunities, and procuring Professional Services alongside Technology Solutions.
* Specializations in Modern Workplace, collaboration platforms, AI, Identity and Access Management, and automation tools are desirable.
