The client engagement team is the first point of contact between the conveyancing department and our clients. They are responsible for on-boarding, providing quotes, assisting with managing client relationships and also providing support to the wider conveyancing department.
Our client engagement agents are self-motivated team-players, who are able to prioritise and mange workloads efficiently and effectively.
If you have over a year’s worth of customer service experience, excellent communication skills and a strong attention to detail, this could be the role for you.
