We are seeking a dedicated Customer Experience Advisor to be a key player for our clients team, based in Prescot, Knowsley.
As a Customer Experience Advisor, you’ll be the first point of contact for clients, responsible for delivering high-quality service, managing enquiries, and converting commercial opportunities into confirmed bookings. Your ability to understand client needs and offer tailored advice will directly impact sales performance and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
Respond promptly and professionally to all customer enquiries, treating every interaction as a potential sale
Convert inbound calls into bookings by identifying upsell opportunities and offering relevant incentives
Advise clients on course and medical offerings, including pricing, prerequisites, and location availability
Proactively follow up on unconverted enquiries and manage course fill rates to maximise attendance
Contact individuals ahead of training expiry to secure refresher bookings
Accurately process bookings for training, medicals, and accommodation in line with internal systems
Liaise with Operations and Commercial teams to explore new course requests and pricing strategies
Maintain strong client relationships and up-to-date product knowledge
Attend internal and external client meetings as required
