Our Bodyshop is equipped with cutting‑edge technology, including the latest jigs, computer‑controlled ovens, and specialised tools for working with aluminium‑bodied vehicles.
A very exciting opportunity has arisen for a Service Advisor at Stratton Motor Company. We are a family run business based in Long Stratton specialising in elite marques such as Aston Martin, Bentley, Rolls Royce, Lotus, and many others.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, driven individual ready to bring their passion and flair to the role. The ideal candidate will be a confident relationship builder who is able to communicate professionally in a prompt and courteous manner. You will be able to demonstrate that you are able to work independently whilst maintaining customer focus ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
* Delivering exceptional customer service
* Listening and documenting customers’ car problems and processing the information correctly onto the dealer management system
* Answering questions about service outcomes (after consulting with the Service Manager)
* Liaising with sales and parts departments to schedule car check‑ups, service appointments and parts ordering
* Advising customers about warranty protections and service plans
* Where applicable after liaising with the Service Manager giving an idea of timescales and costs
Requirements:
* You must have working experience as a Service Advisor within a main car Dealership
* Some mechanical knowledge would be ideal
* Knowledge of Kerridge / ADP/ Keyloop or similar Management System is essential
* You must be IT literate and self‑motivated with exceptional customer service skills
* Well presented with a smart appearance
* To have good communication and organisational skills
* A keen eye for attention and detail
* The ability to work well in a team, providing support in all areas and inspiring confidence
* Must have the right to work in the UK
Additional Information:
Monday to Friday 08:00 – 18:00
Saturdays every other week 08:00 – 13:00
