Registered Home Manager Nottingham 50-Bedded Residential Home £45,000 - £50,000 per annum Full-Time | Permanent About the Role We are seeking an experienced and motivated Registered Home Manager to lead a well-established 50-bedded residential home in Nottingham. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong and compassionate leader to oversee the day-to-day operations of the home, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care while maintaining full compliance with CQC regulations. You will be responsible for driving standards, leading your team effectively, maintaining occupancy, and ensuring residents receive safe, dignified, and responsive care. Key Responsibilities Register with CQC as the Home Manager and maintain full regulatory compliance Lead and inspire a multidisciplinary team to deliver outstanding care Ensure the service meets all CQC standards (Safe, Effective, Caring, Responsive, Well-led) Oversee care planning, risk assessments, and safeguarding procedures Manage recruitment, staffing levels, rotas, and performance management Monitor budgets and ensure the financial performance of the home Maintain and improve occupancy levels Lead internal audits and quality assurance processes Prepare for and lead CQC inspections Build strong relationships with residents, families, local authorities, and healthcare professionals Requirements Previous experience as a Registered Home Manager within a residential care setting NVQ Level 5 in Leadership & Management (Essential) Strong working knowledge of CQC regulations and inspection frameworks Proven leadership and team development skills Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving abilities Passion for delivering high standards of elderly residential care What We Offer Competitive salary of £45,000 - £50,000 per annum Supportive senior leadership structure The opportunity to make a real impact within a 50-bed residential setting Please contact kurtis@howard-finley.co.uk with your up to date cv
