We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting the sales department by managing administrative tasks, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring smooth operational workflows. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong computer literacy and exceptional organisational skills to contribute to our company's growth and success.

Duties

Manage and update customer information using CRM software to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
Prepare sales reports and presentations using Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Assist in processing sales orders, quotations, and invoices efficiently.
Coordinate with the sales team to schedule meetings, follow-ups, and client communications.
Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to client enquiries via email or phone.
Maintain organised records of sales activities, correspondence, and documentation.
Support the sales team with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management.
Monitor and manage deadlines to ensure timely completion of sales-related activities.
Collaborate with other departments to facilitate seamless operations across the organisation.

Experience

Proven experience in sales administration or a similar administrative role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Experience working with CRM software.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
Good IT literacy and computer skills; comfortable working with various software platforms.
Previous experience in customer service is preferred.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Knowledge of sales processes and administrative procedures within a commercial environment.
