Your new company A charitable organisation based in Bangor is seeking a warm, professional, and highly organised Receptionist to join their team. This is a part-time position for 16 hours per week. Monday-Thurs 9am-1pm Your new role As the first point of contact for visitors and callers, you will play a key role in creating a positive and professional impression of the organisation. Your responsibilities will include: Greeting visitors and managing front desk enquiries Answering and directing phone calls in a courteous and efficient manner Managing incoming and outgoing mail Supporting general administrative tasks and assisting other team members as needed Maintaining a tidy and organised reception area Handling sensitive information with discretion and professionalism What you'll need to succeed You'll be a confident communicator with a friendly and approachable manner. Previous experience in a receptionist or customer-facing role is desirable. Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office are essential.
