The complex care service provides Residential Care, Spinal Nursing Care, Acquired Brain Injury, Complex Nursing and Palliative Nursing Care and has an excellent reputation in the area.

We are looking for an RGN, RMN or RNLD with complex care and leadership skills, to lead the team on nights, working wither 3, or 4 nights per week depending on your preference.
There are 2 nursing units within the Home, you will oversee a large team of 20 carers and 4 nurses on the night shifts.
To apply for this role, you will have excellent clinical skills, and leadership experience at Senior Nurse, Clinical Lead, or Deputy level.
Full training will be provided in any areas you need refreshing on, as your role with include tracheostomy care, catheter care, syringe drivers, pegs and ng feeds, venepuncture, NIV, cough assist, deep tracheal suction and complex wound management.
You will have the opportunity to work 2 supernumerary days per month, either in the service or working from home.
