DeVOL Kitchens is one of the leading and most highly regarded kitchen companies in the UK, with manufacturing and design offices based in Leicestershire, London, Bath, New York, and Los Angeles.
We are seeking an enthusiastic, organised, and reliable Finance Assistant to join our team on a 6 month fixed-term contract.
Key responsibilities will include:
Sales Reconciliation & Reporting
Reconciling UK & US web and showroom sales, preparing weekly sales/cashflow reports for Directors, and tracking export duties.
Invoicing & Sales Ledger Processing
Managing US Trade and Kitchen invoicing through CRMs, chasing payments, and handling ad hoc income, intercompany recharges, and invoices.
Refunds & Returns Management
Processing customer refunds via email and CRM, managing returns, completing follow-ups, and updating stock.
Systems & Controls
Monitoring daily API errors, logging and resolving issues promptly, escalating unresolved cases to the Financial Controller, and generating payment request links.
We are looking for someone who has:
* Experience in sales ledger, invoicing, or accounts receivable
* Strong reconciliation skills and attention to detail
* Experience using accounting software
* Ability to manage multiple systems and data sources
* Good organisational and time management skills
* Confident working to deadlines, particularly at month-end

* Have experience with multi-entity or international accounting (UK & US)

* Understand intercompany transactions
We offer a competitive full-time salary starting from £28,000 per annum.
You will receive 22 days of annual leave (plus bank holidays), which can increase with length of service and experience, as well as life insurance, a wellness program, cycle 2 work scheme and company events.
This is a temporary role, with the possibility of a permanent position depending on performance and business needs.
