Reporting to the Group Head of People & Culture, the People & Culture Advisor will provide proactive HR advice and operational support across the full employee lifecycle. You’ll be a trusted point of contact for leaders and employees, ensuring that our culture is embedded in everyday practice, policies are applied consistently, and people feel supported and engaged throughout their journey with edyn.

Responsibilities
* Provide day-to-day HR advice and guidance to managers and employees on policies, procedures, and best practice.
* Support employee relations cases (e.g. performance management, absence, grievances, disciplinary) with fairness, consistency, and discretion.
* Ensure compliance with UK and European employment law and edyn’s internal standards.
* Partner with managers to coordinate recruitment processes, from drafting job descriptions through to offers and onboarding.
* Ensure new joiners have a seamless and engaging induction experience that reflects edyn’s values.
* Administer and improve People processes across the employee lifecycle (contracts, changes, payroll input, benefits, exits).
* Maintain accurate HRIS data and prepare reports to support decision-making.
* Support initiatives that drive employee engagement, wellbeing, and inclusion.
* Promote edyn’s values and culture across all People & Culture touchpoints.
* Contribute to Group-wide People & Culture projects (e.g. policy updates, DE&I initiatives, learning programs).
* Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance the employee experience.
Qualifications & Experience
* Experience in an HR Advisor or HR Officer role, ideally within hospitality, travel, or another fast-paced, multi-site environment.
* Strong knowledge of UK employment law; exposure to European employment practices is an advantage.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust quickly.
* Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities.
* CIPD Level 5 (or working towards) desirable.
